TVI’s Apache Boresight Panel (Patent Pending) provides everything needed to boresight an Apache in all light, weather, and environmental conditions.
The Powered Infrared Emitters in the center of the Boresight Panel can be detected for up to 4 to 6 kilometers by the TADS on an Apache helicopter. At the ranges that most boresighting is conducted (from 500 to 1,200 meters) they present a perfect hot square allowing for accurate and precise boresighting.
With each Apache Boresight Panel weighing about 4 pounds and the 8 foot folding frame weighing only 17 pounds the Apache Boresight Panel is truly lightweight.
The lightweight and rugged articulated frame can be opened in seconds. It only takes a few minutes to attach the panel, lock the frame into place, and stake the platform into place.

| The Apache Boresight Panel can powered off of any 24V power source, including BA-5590/U batteries, UBI5390 batteries, TVI’s PP-105 Hi-Capacity Rechargeable Battery, or military vehicle power. | |
