Code of Business Conduct and Ethics In 2003, TVI adopted a Code of Business Conduct and Ethics (the "Code of Conduct"), which is available below and also to any stockholder otherwise requesting a copy. All TVI employees, officers, and directors (including the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer), are required to adhere to the Code of Conduct in discharging their work-related responsibilities. Employees are required to report any conduct that they believe in good faith to be an actual or apparent violation of the Code of Conduct. Amendments to the Code of Conduct, and any waivers from the Code of Conduct granted to directors or executive officers, will also be made available through the Company's website, if, when and as they are adopted.
