and Senior Financial Officers

Also in 2003, TVI separately adopted a Code of Ethics for Principal Executive Officer and Senior Financial Officers (the "Code of Ethics"), which is available below and also to any stockholder otherwise requesting a copy. TVI’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and other senior financial officers are required to adhere to the Code of Ethics in discharging their work-related responsibilities. The Code of Ethics was designed to promote the highest possible ethical conduct from its principal executive officer and senior financial officers. The requirements of the Code of Ethics are separate form, and in addition to, the Code of Conduct discussed above. Any change to, or waiver of, this Code of Ethics must be immediately publicly disclosed. A link to the Code of Ethics appears below.
